Fine Woodworking Live 2012

I just got back from Fine Woodworking Live in New Paltz, NY and had a great time learning from some of the most talented furniture makers and designers in the industry.  The last day of the event, I teamed up with the MWA crew and sat down with Asa Christiana, editor of Fine Woodworking. In this interview, he discussed everything from turkey bacon to teen woodworking.  Find out how the event went, what worked and what didn't, and what to expect next year.

The last night of the event, Nick Offerman (who plays Ron Swanson on TV's Parks and Recreation) performed for a room full of woodworkers, putting a sawdust-inspired twist on a few classic Johnny Cash tunes. Just be aware this is more a PG-13 video not suited for younger audiences (although this was one of the more tame bits during the act).
